PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Master Card.
SHIPPING
Products will be shipped to our customers within 1-2 business days after payment.
We use Canada Post. For your own protection all orders can only be shipped to the
billing address of the credit card used for your purchase.
REFUNDS + RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the products received, please return them (in new condition –
unused) to the same address for a full refund minus shipping costs within 7 days of purchase
date. In order to receive your refund in a timely manner, please include the original invoice
within the package returned. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately,
we cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost in transit in return to us.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
Please inspect your new orders upon arrival within 24 hours of arrival. If there are any
damages on the items received, please contact us via email (mt@ssk-co.com) with pictures
and description of the damage. Ship the order back to us and upon receiving it, we will
provide you with a complete refund. Please be sure to include your original invoice and
a note with the damage within the package that you are sending back.
SALES TAX
We are based in British Columbia, Canada. We will be collecting taxes on all Canada
wide orders. Residents of all other countries are independently responsible for their
own applicable taxes.
CURRENCY ACCEPTED
All prices for all the products are in Canadian dollars.

technology, which encrypts information sent or received on pages such as the checkout
and login process. These pages are secured by up to a 128-bit encryption to ensure the
saftey of your information.
PRIVACY
Sasaki will never disclose any of your personal details to any third party. We will only
be used for the services requested such as processing and order and shipping your package
to the address you provide. Occasionally, Sasaki may email existing customers to notify
them of new products and promotions.
